Mr. Li Xiongfeng

Mr. LI Xiongfeng is the Secretary of the SCIA Council. He graduated from National University of Singapore and was a qualified Chinese lawyer and foreign legal counsel in Singapore. He has handled more than 50 administered arbitration and mediation cases and was involved in the making of SCIA Arbitration Rules (effective from 2019) and the amending of these rules in 2020. His research interests and publications cover international arbitration, public international law and competition law.
